For security and diagnostic purposes the hosting provider records technical connection data (IP address, date and time of the request, page requested, browser type). This data is not used to identify individual users.
These pages load typefaces from Google Fonts (Google Ireland Ltd.). The request discloses the visitor's IP address to Google. Legal basis: legitimate interest in the correct rendering of the site (Art. 6.1.f GDPR).
If you write by email, telephone or WhatsApp, the data you provide (name, contact details, content of the message) is processed in order to answer you and to carry out any pre-contractual and contractual steps that follow. Legal basis: Art. 6.1.b GDPR. Data is retained for as long as the relationship requires and for the retention periods imposed by Italian tax law.
Data is neither published nor sold to third parties. It may be processed by technical suppliers (hosting, email) and by the accountant, appointed as data processors where applicable.
